How Can I Track My Order?
We will send you an email confirmation once your order is placed.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you another email with a tracking number so you can see where your package is.

• Orders not picked up within 5 business days will be cancelled and refunded.
Returns & Exchanges
ACTA will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 days after inspection

Orders
Can I Change/Cancel My Order?
Yes! You can change or cancel your order unless it has already been fulfilled. Orders are fulfilled by 12pm the day after your order is placed.

ACTA accepts all major credit cards.
All ACTA gift cards are valid for purchases online and in-store.
You will be charged immediately after you place an order.
All currency conversions will happen automatically when you place an order.

ACTA offers free standard shipping for our customers in the United States and Canada on all orders greater than $75.00.

Payment of all delivery duties is the responsibility of the customer.
All charges are determined by the customs agency of the given country.

How Long Does International Shipping Take?
Our shipping times will depend on the destination.
You can generally expect your order within 10-12 business days after your product leaves our warehouse.

Delivery duties are fees that are applied to your products when you ship them from country to country. This is basically an import fee that is determined by the local customs authority. The amount may vary depending on the type and value of the products being imported.

Most of ACTA product is designed and created as a limited edition. Therefore most products that are sold out will not be restocked. We suggest keeping a close eye on our Social Media for news on upcoming restocks and new product releases.
